April 2023 - the air source heat pump, radiators & towel warmers arrived this week.

Looking back on it, whilst it seems to have taken ages, I guess the reality is my ‘customer journey’ with PCL Heating & Gas Engineers has been relatively easy thanks to Phil and the ever efficient Liz.

I’ve not checked the rads and towel warmers yet - please, please, let them be the right colours and not damaged.
